A Soul Workshop for Moms & Busy Women
October 11th | 6:00–8:00 PM | Local Studio |4 Main St, Farmington| Light Snacks + Wine Included
Create. Reflect. Rediscover. Reignite.
If life has felt like an endless loop of doing for everyone else, crossing off to-dos, and barely catching your breath—this night is for you.
The Art of Coming Home is a cozy, soul-refreshing 2-hour experience where you’ll:
- Slow down.
- Play with paint + canvas (zero art skills needed).
- Connect with yourself and other women who get it.
- Sip a little wine, snack a little snack, and remember what it feels like to breathe.
What to Expect
This isn’t “just another workshop.”
It’s a pause in the noise.
A creative reset for the woman beneath all the titles.
A chance to come back home… to you.
Through simple art-making (think messy fun, not perfection), reflective prompts, and gentle guidance, you’ll:
- Learn how creativity can help calm anxiety + release emotions.
- Discover the symbolic power of circles (healing, growth, wholeness).
- Let go of “getting it right” and enjoy the freedom of expression.
- Walk away with clarity, perspective, and a tangible piece of art that reflects your inner world and a workbook you can come back to later.
What’s Included
✔ A guided 2-hour creative + reflective experience
✔ Light snacks + wine (because yes, please)
✔ A printable guided workbook to keep using long after the night ends
✔ All supplies provided (just bring you)
Who’s Leading
Hi, I’m Megan Hill 👋
I’m just another mom who’s been caught in the swirl of “doing it all,” and I’ve found that slowing down and creating is how I reconnect with myself. I’m not here to teach you to be an artist—I’m here to hold space for you to breathe, reset, and remember who you are.
